There is a new online entry system being used by USATF called COACHO.  The goal of the National office is to go completely paperless, thus no entry forms to find and sign at the end of the Association meet.  You simply go back online to register for Regional I.  The hope is to eliminate errors in missing paperwork, or athletes competing without USATF memberships, or athletes competing for teams they are not registered with.
If you are with a club, there is a list of currently registered clubs.  If you do not see your club, contact your coach.  The coach needs to register the club first, giving club contact info and password.
