RELAY ENTRIES: Relay team members must be entered as individuals in the meet in at least one other event. $10 per team per relay, payable at time of declaration. Relay Team declaration by 10 AM on meet day.

ELIGIBILITY

2008 USATF membership required. To obtain membership, please visit: www.usatf.org/membership. USATF members and clubs from the following Associations are eligible to score in this meet: Adirondack, Connecticut, Long Island, Maine, Metropolitan, Mid-Atlantic, New England, New Jersey, Niagara, Potomac Valley, Three Rivers, and Virginia.

If you are competing for a club at this event, this club must be listed on your USATF membership record. Subject to verification.

Minimum Ages: Female 14 Male 16

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

REGIONAL MEDALS: Top 3 from region in each event

CLUB PRIZE MONEY

MEN: 1st: $400 2nd: $200 3rd: $100

WOMEN: 1st: $400 2nd: $200 3rd: $100

WINNING CLUBS: (one male, one female) will also earn $500 in travel stipends for the USATF National Club Track & Field Championship meet. (Scoring 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)

DIRECTIONS

• From North: Take I-90 East towards Boston to Exit 12 (Route 9 Hudson). At the end of the ramp make a left onto Route 9 South. Drive about 5

miles to Valatie Roundabout. Enter the roundabout and exit right onto State Farm Road. Track entrance is the second driveway on the right.

• From East: Take I-90 West to Exit 12. Follow directions as above.

• From South: Take NYS Thruway to Exit 21A. Cross thruway bridge to Exit B1 (Route 9 Hudson). Take first exit after toll for Route 9 Hudson.

Make a left after the exit ramp onto Route 9 South. Drive approximately 5 miles to the Valatie Roundabout. Enter the roundabout and exit

right onto State Farm Road. Track entrance is the second driveway on the right.
