print the FACT SHEET &
ENTRY FORM, fill out page 2, sign it and have your parents sign it and bring it with you. The cost is $15 to compete. You must have a 2008 or 2009 USATF Adirondack membership to compete. You can purchase a membership online for $20. You will need to bring a copy of proof of birth. Please write your USATF membership number on it and hand it in with your entry form and payment.
